GRIEF & LOSS
Grief and loss are not problems to be solved, but natural parts of life that we must learn to carry. When a major loss occurs, society often pressures us to "move on," wrapping our sorrow in an invisible mantle of isolation. However, as the author Francis Weller reminds us, true healing requires us to enter into an "apprenticeship with sorrow". Grief is an integral, healthy process that expands our capacity to connect deeply with ourselves and with life following loss.
Every one of us must develop the skill to navigate these difficult, painful transitions. There is a powerful connection between grief and aliveness—an exchange between what feels entirely unbearable and what connects us to our humanity. Facing profound loss takes immense courage, but honouring your pain helps you process the heavy weight you carry.
My role is to sit beside you in this quiet, tender space. Together, without judgment, we can honour your unique relationship with loss, welcoming all your hidden feelings into a compassionate environment.
Please get in touch when you are ready.
